We’re excited to share our Health Promotion Action: 2024–25 Year in Review, a snapshot of the programs and projects delivered by Community Wellbeing and Allied Health teams across Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) over the past financial year.

This year’s theme is social connection through prevention, highlighting how our work brings people together to improve health and wellbeing. From families learning healthy habits, to older adults finding new ways to stay active, and schools creating safe spaces for young people, these connections strengthen resilience and foster healthy communities.

The review showcases initiatives across CCLHD, including Health Promotion, Public Health, Nutrition Services, HIV & Related Programs, and Youth Health, alongside many of our valued community partners. This digital version is packed with interactive elements for an engaging experience.

We hope you enjoy exploring the many ways we’ve worked to build a healthier, more connected Central Coast throughout 2024–25. If you’d like to learn more about any of our programs or discuss opportunities to collaborate, please get in touch.
