The Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service is a free, telephone-based coaching service designed to help people aged 16 and above make positive lifestyle changes. The Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service is a free service from NSW Health that provides you with the support you need to reach your own healthy lifestyle goals.
Get Healthy participants receive telephone-based support from trained coaches who work with individuals to set personalised healthy lifestyle goals on:
- healthy eating
- becoming more active
- reaching and achieving a healthy weight
- reducing alcohol intake
- achieving a healthy weight gain in pregnancy
