Be Physically Active

Staying active is the most important thing you can do to remain healthy, independent and prevent falls.

For good physical and mental health, do some physical activity on most days of the week. You should include activities that improve strength and balance, which help to make every day activities feel easier,  prevent falls and maintain independence.
