Go Active2Work

By Health Promotion

Using active transport – that is walking, cycling and catching public transport – to go to work is good for you, your workplace, our region and our planet. Active transport is the healthier, happier, greener, and in many cases (certainly for short trips) the easier, faster and cheaper way to go.

Get some of the physical activity you need to maintain and improve your health by choosing to ‘go active to work’ as often as possible. Why not join other Coasties on Central Coast Go Active 2 Work Day – third Wednesday of every month (or whenever you can)!

Join
