Total Tobacco Recall

The tobacco  recall advertisement concept was originally developed through a NSW Department of Health Aboriginal Health Grant.  Central Coast aboriginal youth wanted to create a massage that would make people consider the social conscience of the tobacco industry. The concept was based on the American Legacy Foundation's 'Truth' campaign. The advertisement was produced in partnership with QUIT Victoria. It was first aired in July 2002 in all Australian states except NSW and the A.C.T. It was played in NSW cinemas on World No Tobacco Day 2004.

Tobacco Survey Results

Our tobacco survey has now closed. 77% of our respondents support tobacco products being withdrawn from sale in Australia. 27% suggest tobacco products should be withdrawn immediately. A further 50% would like to see them withdrawn over a number of years.
