TV and Computers

Small screen past-times (TV and computer) are a double whammy for trying to keep a healthy weight.

1. You use very little energy while you spend time in front of the box.

Experts recommend teenagers should not spend more than two hours per day using small screen entertainment (out of school hours).

2. TV programs are loaded with ads for high energy food.
