Raising Awareness of Hazardous Waist

Irrespective of your height or build, if your waistline is getting bigger it could mean you are at increased risk of developing a chronic disease such as some cancers, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. Unhealthy eating and not enough physical activity can be important contributors to an increasing waistline.

The Measure Up campaign is happening all around Australia. There are a variety of exciting initiatives happening locally in the Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health region.
