Family ACTIVation Pack

The Family ACTIVation Pack is a fun packed resource to help parents/carers get active with their children. It's full of quick and easy games to play at home, in the park or wherever....Games that reinforce the fundamental movement skills like throwing, catching, hopping and skipping....the same movement skills being learnt at school.
By playing games together, families will be getting some of their daily requirement for physical activity as well as developing movement skills, confidence and greater potential to live an active-healthy life. |

12,000 Family ACTIVation Packs have been distributed to Central Coast families through participating primary schools over the last two years.
During the first few weeks of September 2009, 57 Central Coast primary schools will spring into action, distributing over 3300 Packs to families. Parents and carers with kids in Year 1 of participating schools, keep your eye out for your family’s pack heading home soon! For a full list of participating schools, click here. |
