Working Together for a Healthy Active Australia Practical information for families, parents, teenagers, children and their carers and older Australians on healthy eating, regular physical activity, overweight and obesity.
A Wellbeing Plan for Aussie Kids Developed by CSIRO to provide parents with information on healthy foods and habits. A printed fridge magnet of this plan was distributed to every primary school child in Australia in September 2007.
Launched 4 months after the Central Coast Measure Up 4 Health campaign, the Federal Government's Measure Up campaign also uses waist measurement as a critical component. It is aimed at all Australians but in particular 25-50 year olds who have children.
Active After School Communities National program that provides Australian primary school aged children with access to free, structured physical activity programs in the after school timeslot.
